Job Summary

Design, test, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity. Create test plans and cases, define automation data needs across systems, and execute performance tests to meet expected automation performance. Investigate and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff, estimate timelines and costs, and participate in feasibility assessments for new automation opportunities. Document automation capabilities and operating procedures while coordinating release and change controls.
