  • •Strong hands-on experience implementing Varicent ICM/SPM solutions, including Varicent architecture and the Composer, Reports, Workflows, and Calculation Engine components.
  • •Expertise in Sales Compensation, Commissions, Quotas, and Incentive Programs, with the ability to translate business compensation requirements into technical designs.
  • •Experience defining data models, calculation logic, hierarchies, workflows, and reporting for Varicent solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and ETL/Data Warehousing concepts, including designing and optimizing end-to-end data flow architectures and reconciliation frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of API-based and batch integrations, including experience integrating Varicent with CRM, ERP, and data platforms, plus strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
