Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage test capacity modeling and planning across multiple manufacturing sites, including SPO capacity assessments and network-level governance.
  • •Own site-level interface and tooling planning: coordinate tooling transfers, review tester delivery schedules, and set deployment strategy for LPDRAM programs.
  • •Drive network-wide standardization for tools and tooling modeling to improve cost efficiency.
  • •Engage cross-functional partners to resolve capacity risks by assessing constraints, test yield impacts, and supply availability changes.
  • •Lead ATCSP digital transformation initiatives, including capacity simulations and automated planning workflows (e.g., TTR Sandbox, FlexCap Analyzer).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in test capacity modeling and planning across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • •Ability to balance supply and capacity across sites and assess demand impacts to redistribute loading.
  • •Strong capability in capacity constraint management, including mitigating capacity risks and assessing test yield impacts.
  • •Experience coordinating tooling transfers and site interface/tooling planning activities, working with SIG, procurement, planning, and site teams.
  • •Experience with capital investment planning, including QSR activities and justifying capital equipment expenditures.
