  • •Serve as the single point of accountability and drive execution strategies integrating design, construction, and stakeholder requirements.
  • •Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, fee management, margin optimization, change management, and commercial risk.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, commercial, and delivery risks; ensure compliance with quality management and safe work practices.
  • •Act as primary client interface, coordinate with AHJs and permitting/regulatory stakeholders, and support capture strategies, proposals, and growth activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field plus 8 years managing multiple projects across transportation, defence, institutional, and light industrial clients.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering Design-Build or alternative delivery projects.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearances, including Reliability status and Secret clearance eligibility for many federal projects.
  • •Preferred: Professional designation (P.Eng. or Architect) and strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments.
  • •Preferred: PMP certification and DBIA certification (or equivalent), plus strong commercial acumen managing project financials, contracts, and change management.
