Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electro-mechanical depot maintenance, including repair of printers to electronic board level for depot return contracts.
  • •Deliver emergency maintenance and assist with refurbishment of Entrust products for certified pre-owned equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve equipment problems through testing and technical troubleshooting with high autonomy.
  • •Participate in company training and complete product training on Entrust equipment.
  • •Handle administration tasks including parts ordering/shipping documentation, loan equipment documentation and tracking, customs documentation, and bi-yearly stock audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting after training.
  • •Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials and follow processes.
  • •Communication skills (verbal and written) to work with external and internal customers.
  • •Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and assignments.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when processing formal documents; able to lift 50 pounds.
