Sr Dir, Process engineer

Lead a process technology organization responsible for research, development, and implementation across new and enhanced product lines. You’ll manage exceptionally complex process engineering work, partner with external customers to solve high-value problems, and drive strategic planning by integrating R&D processes with the unit and product business plans. Define performance metrics, provide approval guidance to process technology managers, and oversee alpha/beta product release activities for the division/segment.
