Key Requirements

  • •0–1 year of relevant experience (foundational skills required).
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements valued.
  • •Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers and provide strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • •Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
