Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and elevate long-term partnerships with media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners to drive mutual growth.
•Manage a diverse portfolio of agency partners at scale, monitoring performance and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
•Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to support onboarding new clients and future growth.
•Develop high-impact strategies for agency success, including scaling/transformation guidance, creative insights, best practices, and budget optimization.
•Translate client insights into actionable feedback for cross-functional teams (Ads Review, Finance, Product) to improve end-to-end experiences.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working closely with agencies, resellers, or consulting businesses.
•Experience in digital advertising, marketing, consulting, or campaign optimization (agency or in-house).
•Hands-on experience managing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns.
•Strong analytical mindset to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver measurable business impact with confident communication.
