Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and tune AI agents to resolve common employee requests without human intervention.
  • •Build workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access/software provisioning.
  • •Automate ticket triage, routing, and escalation while maintaining an accurate, agent-ready knowledge base.
  • •Lead identity and access infrastructure efforts including SSO consolidation, RBAC, and SAML/SCIM provisioning.
  • •Own day-to-day automation operations and support security/compliance execution (access reviews, device controls, audit evidence gathering).

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in automation engineering, IT operations, or a related role, with a Computer Science or related technical degree (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Working knowledge of identity management (Okta, SAML, SCIM) and endpoint management (macOS, Kandji), plus SaaS administration.
  • •Experience contributing to infrastructure projects and/or access policies or automation workflows.
  • •Strong systems thinking across SSO consolidation, RBAC, and provisioning automation.
  • •Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make judgment calls and communicate clearly across the company.
