Safeguard Wise and its customers by reviewing alerts, analyzing transaction patterns, and drafting suspicious activity reports for submission to financial intelligence units. As an early founding member of the Hyderabad suspicious activity reporting team, collaborate with operational compliance and related departments while staying current on financial crime regulations, typologies, and connected reporting requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality and continuously build expertise through training and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze alerts for customer accounts and transaction patterns to detect unusual or suspicious activity and identify red flags for financial crimes.
•Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports based on findings, ensuring required details are documented and sent to relevant financial intelligence units.
•Collaborate with other operational compliance teams and departments to ensure suspicious activities are investigated, documented, and escalated.
•Stay up to date on financial crime regulations and reporting requirements, including understanding customer types, country risks, and typologies across regions.
•Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and reports; participate in training to stay knowledgeable about emerging trends and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 900,000 - 1,190,000 annually

•Prior professional experience working in compliance operations.
•Demonstrated operational experience in financial crime disciplines such as transaction monitoring/analysis or suspicious activity reporting in financial services.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for writing reports.
