Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all VIP activations and offerings and communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them.
  • •Know general festival information such as show hours, stage names, major performing artists, and key locations (medic tent, ATM, water station).
  • •Assist in setting up the VIP area before doors open and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the festival.
  • •Adapt to a diverse and creative set of tasks and help excite Headliners about activations.
  • •Work in a fast-paced environment, tolerating loud noise and busy conditions, including in drastic temperature climates as needed.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 18 hourly

  • •Large-scale event experience exceeding 5,000 attendees.
  • •Proactive and creative thinking with problem-solving and the ability to “think on your feet.”
  • •Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel (as needed).
  • •Personable and enthusiastic, able to work well in group environments.
  • •Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments.
