Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain complex voice and video communication solutions for seamless organizational communication.
•Provide in-depth VoIP, video conferencing, unified communications, and network infrastructure expertise.
•Provide technical leadership and integrate voice and video solutions into the overall communications environment, including architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
•Evaluate and recommend new technologies, lead implementation and deployment, and collaborate with other IT staff for integration.
•Monitor system performance, analyze usage, implement security measures, perform root cause analysis for incidents, and guide subordinate team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,500 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 10+ years (or commensurate experience), or a BA/BS with 8 years, or 12 years without a degree.
•At least 5 years of relevant voice and video engineering experience.
•Expertise configuring and troubleshooting voice/video equipment including IP phones, video conferencing endpoints, gateways, and call control systems.
•Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), QoS, and security protocols.
•8570 IASAE certification Level II.

Education:High School in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (BA/BS); Telecommunications or related field (Master’s preferred)
