Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble hydraulic demolition shears and related components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
  • •Install and assemble hydraulic, mechanical, and structural components using hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, lift-assist devices, and assembly fixtures.
  • •Verify proper fit, alignment, torque specifications, and functionality of assembled products.
  • •Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and final inspection activities to ensure quality and performance requirements are achieved.
  • •Support Lean and 5S by following standardized work instructions, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and participating in continuous improvement and safety activities.
