Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business teams to identify system needs and document formal requirements, aligned to business goals.
  • •Serve as liaison between users and IT for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; coordinate progress and resource needs.

  • •Lead training and change management for system updates, including SOP development and super user forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related field and 5+ years of progressive IT-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
