Help shape the experiences of users in Autodesk Forma by planning and executing UX research for architects, engineers, and construction teams. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate insights into actionable product and design decisions, delivering clear recommendations in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with product teams to understand their goals, questions, and decision-making needs
•Plan, prioritize, and execute user research based on product priorities, user impact, and business needs
•Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations
•Create research deliverables that help product teams understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
•Communicate findings clearly and effectively to product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience conducting and leading user experience research
•Ability to work independently, manage research projects end to end, and drive work forward with limited guidance
•Hands-on experience with common UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and surveys
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across the organization
•Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn research data into actionable insights
