Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and evolve agentic AI systems that reason, plan, execute, and adapt in production environments.
  • •Take AI-driven features from concept to production in a true 0–1 product setting.
  • •Write and review production code across AI pipelines, inference services, orchestration layers, and supporting systems.
  • •Implement prompt engineering, tool use, memory, evaluation, and guardrails with reliability, observability, and safety as core engineering concerns.
  • •Integrate and operate LLMs on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), addressing hallucinations, drift, regressions, failure modes, and customer trust.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software development experience, including shipping B2B products used by external customers.
  • •Expert-level Python and strong foundation designing production systems.
  • •Proven experience building, deploying, and operating AI-powered products in production (not just prototypes).
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI systems in real applications such as agents, copilots, automation, or decision systems.
  • •Deep understanding of agent frameworks/orchestration, prompt engineering/tool use, RAG/vector search, model evaluation/monitoring, and safety/guardrails.
