Job Summary

Serve as the bridge between EHS&S business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional designs. Validate EHS&S digital solutions through comprehensive testing, defect tracking, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and global EHS&S stakeholders to deliver user-centric, compliant enhancements across platforms including ServiceNow, SAP, and Power Platform, while supporting deployment and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyze, and document EHS&S business requirements; facilitate workshops and solution discussions.
•Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional designs aligned with Dow standards and long-term product strategy.
•Develop and execute test strategies for enhancements, projects, and production support changes.
•Document, track, and coordinate defect resolution; investigate production issues and perform functional root cause analysis.
•Assist with deployment planning, cutover activities, post-production support, and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent (master’s degree preferred).
•3–5 years of experience in functional analysis, testing, business systems, or application support.
•Experience working with enterprise business applications.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.
