Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HVAC installation, commissioning, diagnosis, repair, and start-up at customer locations using HVAC and controls/mechanical layout knowledge.
  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects to ensure timely completion while ensuring compliance with internal contracting processes.
  • •Prepare for on-site installation by reviewing building layouts, anticipating issues, gathering materials, and coordinating with other trades; supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • •Maintain inventory/equipment and document job activities (time, progress, parts/material/labor costs, paperwork, and reports).
  • •Support customer satisfaction by providing technical support, investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and assisting with scheduling/budgeting and change order recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or general construction.
  • •Background in project management, project coordination, or related work.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Experience with Procore is preferred.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months) with no major/frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
