Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single client point of contact for sustainability and environmental protection, ensuring project KPIs and targets are defined, delivered, and compliant with client standards.
  • •Engage client stakeholders to define sustainability goals; act as the primary client contact for all sustainability matters.
  • •Support the Project Manager in developing the Sustainability Delivery Plan (SDP) and provide guidance on sustainability processes and governance to project teams.
  • •Attend project meetings and review Contractor responses to ensure client sustainability requirements are correctly included.
  • •Cover all sustainability aspects: facility/process design, operational & embodied carbon, water, waste, and energy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • •10+ years in sustainability/environmental protection within construction or engineering projects.
  • •Deep understanding of client sustainability goals (Ambition Zero Carbon), internal standards/tools, and external best practices (BREEAM, LEED).
  • •Proven experience with LEED/BREEAM and carbon/energy/water/waste tracking.
  • •Familiarity with operational/embodied carbon analysis, energy modeling, and Sustainability Delivery Plans (SDP).
