Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee day-to-day HSE activities and supervision at the project site to meet legal, regulatory, client, and company HSE requirements.
  • •Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the HSE Management System (HSEMS).
  • •Conduct and coordinate site HSE inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are followed up.
  • •Review, develop, and update HSEMS documentation, including HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments, and work instructions.
  • •Provide technical HSE guidance to site teams and contractors, and coordinate with the Client and stakeholders on compliance and performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or accepted equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • •NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or a higher-level HSE qualification.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience in oil & gas, mining, construction, industrial, or similar high-risk environments.
  • •Proven experience in site-based HSE management and supervision.
  • •Experience with HSE regulatory compliance, including audits/inspections and engagement with regulatory authorities.
