Key Responsibilities

  • •Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, and take ownership to meet or exceed them.
  • •Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.
  • •Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
  • •Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the full product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • •Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
