Key Responsibilities

•Lead assigned programs within the Product Cost Optimization team.
•Drive and consolidate total product cost optimization strategies across legacy and NPI programs.
•Analyze the entire product lifecycle to identify cost-saving opportunities from design to supply chain.
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
•Promote the adoption of simplified design methodologies such as Design to Cost (D2C) and Design for Manufacturing (D4M).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
•Between 7 and 10 years of experience.
•Experience in procurement, business analysis or cost analysis is an asset.
•Experience in project management is required.
•Very good knowledge of English; working in a francophone environment with basic English for technical documentation.
