Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system-level debugging of GPU, driver, networking, and AI software issues across single-node and multi-node environments.
  • •Support post-sales technical engagements with cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.
  • •Reproduce customer and partner issues in lab environments and analyze logs, core dumps, performance data, and system behavior to find root causes.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product, and validation teams to drive issue resolution, validate fixes, and provide field feedback.
  • •Document findings and deliver technical training and collateral for new products and advanced troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort with system-level debugging across hardware, software, and AI workloads in single-node and multi-node environments.
  • •Strong analytical skills to analyze logs, core dumps, performance data, and system behavior to determine root causes.
  • •Experience with Linux systems and low-level debugging using tools such as kernel logs and gdb.
  • •A working understanding of GPU architecture and GPU-accelerated workloads, ideally with AMD or NVIDIA GPU platforms.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, or Java) and experience using source control (Git).
