Key Requirements

•MD/DO with active U.S. medical license and board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine; new graduates who are board-eligible are encouraged to apply.
•Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without accommodations; must pass background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
•Ability to serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNFs and supervise daily care with NPs/PAs.
