Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise all shift production employees and production equipment; oversee training, upgrading, evaluations, and performance reviews.
  • •Inspect each production line and ensure product runs according to job specifications; take corrective action to resolve problems.
  • •Prepare jobs for production, replace broken or worn-out hand equipment, and ensure packers have PPE available and in use.
  • •Close out production work orders and record production on daily reports; forecast equipment usage for future orders.
  • •Coordinate with maintenance for scheduled shutdowns and repairs; conduct safety oversight and counsel employees on performance, attendance, and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of previous blown film-manufacturing experience.
  • •Strong mechanical and computer background.

  • •Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with sound judgment and decision-making.
  • •Ability to work twelve-hour shifts and overtime when needed.
