Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
  • •Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution, defining scope, schedule, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and ownership.
  • •Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and consistency across T&S.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies, including stakeholder management and escalation of blockers.
  • •Provide proactive executive-level communications on project progress and support leadership needs while role modeling fact-based decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in complex program management, strategic planning, and business process improvement, performance management, and/or change management.
  • •Highly organized ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
