Job Summary

Own and drive multiple high-priority Trust & Safety programs within T&S Risk Prevention & Response, taking projects from concept through launch and execution. Create frameworks, tools, and governance to improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency. Orchestrate cross-functional teams across global time zones, manage stakeholder alignment and escalations, and deliver executive-level updates and decision support. Help scale the Program Management practice with new methods and infrastructure.

•Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
•Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution, defining scope, schedule, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and ownership.
•Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and consistency across T&S.
•Orchestrate cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies, including stakeholder management and escalation of blockers.
•Provide proactive executive-level communications on project progress and support leadership needs while role modeling fact-based decisions.

•5+ years of experience in complex program management, strategic planning, and business process improvement, performance management, and/or change management.

•Ability to identify problems, analyze them thoroughly, and deliver pragmatic solutions; handle confidential information with care.
