  • •Analyze people, performance, and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • •Build dashboards and reports to provide insights into organizational performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • •Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs, or organizational processes.
  • •Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.
