Job Summary

Manage and nurture relationships with the TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ while driving commercial and engagement objectives. Lead sell-out (GMV) performance for TikTok Shop Italy, oversee sell-in activities, and own lower-funnel activations including TikTok Shop Lives. Partner with Marketing on content engagement metrics, activation planning, pricing and portfolio strategy, and optimize performance across GMV and user experience.
