Job Summary

Strategic partnerships lead for WooCommerce, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and scaling alliances with global partners to drive revenue and merchant value. You’ll work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing, manage Fortune 100 relationships, and design scalable processes to track partner performance in a fully remote, open-source–driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support WooCommerce’s leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive Partner Program that is competitive and attractive to partners, and aligned with market and business needs.
•Identify and assess strategic partnerships that increase the adoption of Woo, generate revenue, and strengthen our product offering.
•Negotiate comprehensive agreements across multiple categories with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners.
•Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with existing and new key partners (Fortune 100 companies) to drive mutual growth and success.
•Monitor and optimize program performance, using analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the partner ecosystem.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within the ecommerce, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
•Experience in consumer, SMB, and mid-market business models, preferably with knowledge of advertising, social media, ecommerce, analytics, and Martech stacks.
•Experience working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing teams.
•Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and customer value.
•Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex partnership agreements.
