Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance by providing timely and accurate export documents, COAs, and information to customers and regulatory officials.
  • •Review and reconcile production export packets and monitor and reconcile COAs.
  • •Answer questions and assist with resolutions related to export containers.
  • •Process, analyze, and distribute various reports; maintain production databases in Microsoft Excel and information in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • •Manage sample workflows across production facilities and laboratories, coordinate with Food Safety & Quality Assurance teams and labs, and spend time in production to understand products and paperwork processes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree with a one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
  • •Two years of related experience or training; knowledge of human and animal by-product processing is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.

  • •Ability to perform complex work instructions or operate sophisticated equipment without close supervision and resolve routine problems independently.
