Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, develop, and implement supply chain process improvements and best-practice rollout across the organization.
  • •Conduct in-depth analyses of complex datasets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform supply chain strategy and targets.
  • •Create standardized metrics, reports, and automated tools for operational measurement and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop and maintain Power BI reporting tools and help teams build dashboards with data integrity and high reporting quality.
  • •Partner with software development teams to define requirements and implement supply chain system improvements, including automation for risk mitigation and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or mathematics.
  • •2+ years of experience in operations analyst, business analysis, product management, applications/software development, or ERP systems support.
  • •1+ years of experience using SQL and/or Python in business analysis, product management, applications/software development, or ERP systems support.
  • •Experience creating reports and automated tools using SQL and data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet).
  • •Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and be able to work on-site in Cape Canaveral, FL.
