Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Health and Safety direct reports (if any) and HS functions for assigned facilities.
  • •Support region team execution of HS strategies, closing gaps, and driving continuous improvement programs.
  • •Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of safety and health management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • •Collaborate with site leadership, contractors, government, and community stakeholders to improve HS strategy and integrate business objectives into HS plans.
  • •Review and approve incident investigations, coordinate audits, manage HS reporting and injury trend analysis, and develop procedures and behavioral change initiatives to reduce incidents.

Key Requirements
