Sr. Associate Counsel - South Africa

Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial contracts and legally binding documents, tailoring templates to local South African requirements. Advise on new business and product initiatives and applicable regulatory requirements, including monitoring regulatory developments and supporting filings. Provide deal and partner agreement support, coordinate outside counsel when needed, and assist internal teams with approvals for communications and presentations.
