LN Venues, Manager of Specialty Ticketing Operations

Design, launch, and manage specialty ticketing products such as venue memberships, premium seating packages, and seat upgrade programs. Map customer journeys to improve the fan experience from purchase through show day, present initiatives to leadership, and incorporate stakeholder feedback before launch. Partner with Ticketmaster and third-party vendors to expand platform capabilities, identify process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue, and report sales and operational performance metrics to leadership.
