Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators in federal customer environments to fast-track agentic adoption while meeting security requirements.
  • •Develop reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and agentic solution patterns for replication across the federal civilian portfolio.
  • •Own technical success for strategic federal civilian customers as the primary technical advisor throughout their UiPath journey.
  • •Provide proactive technical guidance for automation and Agentic AI programs, including assessing risks, planning platform architecture and deployment strategies, and performing health checks and maturity assessments.
  • •Partner with customer and internal teams to design compliant solutions leveraging automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and emerging agentic capabilities, and enable stakeholders through workshops and technical reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in technical account management, solution architecture, technical consulting, professional services, software engineering, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably supporting federal customers.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and output validation.
  • •Ability to diagnose complex technical challenges and deliver both advisory and hands-on technical execution while communicating clearly to technical and business audiences.
