Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare with proper supplies and PPE for daily patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules, commute to patient homes, and complete care tasks.
  • •Build warm patient connections while collecting relevant information and performing clinical services.
  • •Perform diagnostic and low-acuity services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
  • •Ensure collected samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and state required licensure and/or proof of training.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check; have a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
