Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to platform and carrier issues in real time for customers.
  • •Help ensure the stability of a DDoS attack mitigation platform through analysis and troubleshooting.
  • •Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks.
  • •Analyze customer traffic, applications, and systems to tailor security solutions and address customer security needs.
  • •Support customer network and connectivity issue remediation and communicate challenges, mitigation, and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers.
  • •Experience in a customer-facing role and understanding of the consulting process.
  • •Proactive work style with a sense of urgency and constant desire to learn.
  • •Good communication and collaboration skills, with accountability as a team member.
