Key Responsibilities

•Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
•Manage activities of a multi-discipline design through the design centers, and oversee procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, and budget control activities.
•Demonstrate strong commercial and construction contract experience and manage project accounting/reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
•Oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively to deliver the project.
•Travel to other offices/sites may be required and manage DB projects that are $30 million or more.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
