Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle in partnership with business units, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering/Product.
  • •Drive consensus-based decision making using data-driven insights and scenarios.
  • •Own demand/supply balancing, allocation, gap identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • •Develop executive-ready materials highlighting risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
  • •Mentor and develop planners; help shape planning standards and best practices; lead and manage a team of analysts/planners.

Key Requirements
