Build and scale TikTok’s Trust and Safety backend platforms and tools that protect users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. Design and improve systems for high stability and performance, developing content moderation process systems, rule engines, strategy/feature engines, and risk insight systems. Partner with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers to align engineering work with product objectives and protect users globally.
