Key Responsibilities

•Perform general repair and maintenance of buildings, forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other company equipment.
•Maintain company grounds, including snow/ice removal and lawn work.
•Maintain and operate company rolling stock safely.
•Handle facility maintenance tasks such as repairing/replacing light bulbs and facility plumbing as needed.
•Back up Waste Water Treatment Plant operator and sanitation operator duties; support trash removal and facility cleanliness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 33.65 hourly

•Ability to operate rolling stock efficiently within safety guidelines.

•Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain operator’s license for forklift, skid loader, and pallet jack; willingness to work overtime and respond to emergencies.
