Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to formulation, implementation, and delivery of the group strategy, translating it into short-, medium-, and long-term operational business plans and monitoring performance.
  • •Direct and implement the FI Sales and structured credit solutions strategy and framework to maximize profitability while managing risk exposures.
  • •Lead origination and sale of structured credit solutions, including pricing/structuring, risk and investment return analysis, and coordination across desks and departments.
  • •Oversee origination and execution of trades and transactions in line with standard operating procedures and risk appetite to drive profitability.
  • •Manage employees and teams, lead change initiatives, and develop policies, procedures, and controls (including SOPs) to ensure compliance and best-in-class service.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible roles in FI Sales, structured derivatives and credit solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •Presentation and persuasive selling skills in FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, commodity derivatives, and credit solutions to clients.
  • •Knowledge of risk categories, including credit, market, business, liquidity, operational and settlement risks.
