  • •Define and execute finite element modeling approaches, load cases, assumptions, and margin assessments.
  • •Perform and oversee static, modal, fatigue, vibration, and damage-tolerance analyses.
  • •Establish hand calculation, model validation, and analysis-to-test correlation practices.
  • •Support structural test strategy and mentor/guide structural analysts while partnering with cross-functional aircraft teams on design tradeoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15+ years of experience leading major structural workstreams on aerospace programs.
  • •Strong expertise with FEA tools such as ANSYS, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, or similar.
