Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage general ledger, consolidations, AP, payroll, and intercompany cross-charges while ensuring compliance across domestic and international entities.
  • •Design and implement scalable accounting policies, processes, and controls to support rapid growth.
  • •Partner with the Controller to optimize ERP, procurement, and T&E tools with an automation and AI-driven efficiencies focus.
  • •Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance.
  • •Oversee international accounting, support global tax matters, and assist with external audits and investor reporting; build finance dashboards and mentor the accounting team.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA (or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership, including mix of Big 4 and in-house experience at a high-growth B2C or technology company.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, including international taxes and regulations.
  • •Proven leadership and project management skills, including ability to optimize accounting tech stack and automate processes (e.g., AI reconciliation, OCR invoice processing).
