  • •Define and evolve the Recognition strategy beyond tenure-based programs to recognize meaningful customer lifecycle moments with personalized experiences.
  • •Lead Relationship Evolution marketing that reinforces Membership value after cross-sell, upgrades, retention saves, and participation in financial relief programs.
  • •Own Supplemental Card Engagement across U.S. Consumer portfolios to drive activation and long-term value.
  • •Lead Lending Engagement strategy for awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement with lending capabilities such as Plan It and Pay Over Time.
  • •Develop portfolio roadmaps using customer insights, analytics, and performance data; align senior stakeholders and lead, coach, and develop a marketing team.
