Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise banks and financial institutions on payments strategy, transformation, and regulatory change, translating market developments into practical actions.
  • •Lead advisory and transformation engagements across the payments lifecycle, including payment products, processes, operating models, and supporting capabilities.
  • •Support clients in responding to European and Polish payments developments by assessing business impacts and defining implementation/transformation roadmaps.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Payments, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to enable effective decision-making.
  • •Contribute to growth of Capco’s Payments offering in Poland through proposition development, client conversations, and identifying new advisory opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant payments experience in financial services from consulting, banking, payments, or a combination of these.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Polish and European payments landscape, including payment products, infrastructure, and regulatory environment.
  • •Knowledge of European payments regulation and industry developments such as PSD2/PSD3, PSR, and instant payments.
  • •Experience across SEPA, SWIFT, payment schemes, cards, account-to-account payments, open banking, or cross-border payments.
  • •Ability to deliver advisory/transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder management, including leading consulting engagements and managing delivery priorities.
