Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide order statuses for client purchases from order inception through receipt at the final delivery destination, communicating needs and expectations clearly.
  • •Process incoming order requests, recommend substitutions/add-ons for out-of-stock items, and manage purchase orders with confirmed delivery ETAs.
  • •Review back-order reports and monitor order start ship/cancel dates to negotiate order extensions and coordinate delivery details with the distribution center.
  • •Correct client order confirmations using EDI software by resolving discrepancies in items, units, style/color/pricing, and purchase quantities; communicate adjustments prior to shipment.
  • •Issue Return Authorizations and complete administrative reporting (daily department reports, shipment status support, and weekly Cegid replenishment requests) while supporting vendor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience, including a hands-on internship or activities in a similar role or department.
