Distribution Services Coordinator

Coordinate the order movement from inception through receipt for internal and external clients, providing proactive order status updates and exceptional customer service. Serve as a liaison between Dayton customers and the distribution center team, processing incoming requests, back-orders, substitutions, return authorizations, and purchase order ETAs. Maintain accuracy by reviewing confirmations using EDI tools, running daily reports, and supporting vendor compliance and urgent escalations.
