Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, 1st shift

Supervise employees in the manufacturing departments for the Metals team on the 1st shift. Own safety compliance, plant security, and production execution—records, scheduling, changeover, quality, housekeeping, and troubleshooting. Lead continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles, 6S/SMED/Kaizen, and support quality activities including layered audits and 8D/4-Block investigations. Train and develop talent, maintain time/attendance tracking, and deliver documentation and cost-savings recommendations.
