Job Summary

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, receiving repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, and completing work efficiently and accurately. Coordinate with the parts department, save/tag warranty parts, road-test vehicles when needed, and document all work performed. Ensure customer vehicles and the shop area remain clean and safe, follow hazardous-waste and safety regulations, and oversee assigned apprentice technicians while attending factory-sponsored training.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive repair orders and perform vehicle repair and maintenance work according to dealership and factory standards.
•Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the service advisor on additional or delayed work, and document work performed.
•Coordinate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag warranty or customer-requested parts.
•Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs and road-test vehicles when required (without personal use).
•Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, keep customers’ cars and the shop area clean, and attend factory training while staying current on technical bulletins.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•High CSI performance is required.
•ASE certification or manufacturing training is required.

•Must be authorized to work in the USA and perform duties in a safe manner.
