Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Project and Resource Managers to track, forecast, and report team hours, project costs, and expenses.
  • •Monitor project financials and proactively identify and escalate invoicing, forecasting, or budget-related issues.
  • •Support day-to-day project management activities including scope, change control, risks, issues, action items, and key decisions.
  • •Research, collect, and analyze project data to track performance and financial metrics, and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
  • •Prepare and present regular project reporting on budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, project support, project coordination, project administration, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Good understanding of IT systems, technology projects, and the project delivery lifecycle.
  • •Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and reporting complex project and financial data.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible professional experience.
